Leading and managing people

November 16, 2019

People are at the heart of organisations. This is truer of social sector organisations. Working in complex spaces and addressing challenging issues, the success of these organisations is directly influenced by the individuals working there. In the process of leading and managing people, keeping teams motivated, empowering them, conducting effective meetings, reducing attrition, holding supportive and developmental work review conversations, and managing team conflicts are common areas of concern.
