Refund Policy
Refund Policy for Payment Made for Educational Courses and Development Management Programs
Refunds are not provided for cancellations occurring after registration and payment are completed. However, exceptions exist for specific instances, such as factual errors, duplicate payments, mistaken denominations, and other inaccuracies leading to an unreasonable loss for the payee.
Refunds are solely available for factual errors within a specified timeframe, typically between 5-7 days after initiation. However, this is contingent upon a comprehensive verification process concerning the account holder's credentials.
No refunds will be granted for any services rendered after the conclusion of the Institute. This includes study materials (both digital and physical), lectures, and portal activation charges, all of which are deemed non-refundable under any circumstances.
Every course has its refund policy listed on the individual course detail page.
All refunds will be issued solely to the original account or card from which the payments were initially made.
Only online refunds are facilitated; requests for cheque or cash refunds will not be entertained.
Extra charges incurred by the payee, such as bank transaction fees, service fees, any interest paid, or processing fees, will not be eligible for refunds.
The submission of multiple return requests for the same order is not permissible, and such actions may result in the blocking of access to the portal access or account.
Interest payments on refunds are not applicable, and providing valid documentation, including a valid payment proof and invoice, is necessary to initiate a refund claim.
We will not be held responsible for Students' failure to receive our communications due to incomplete or inaccurate contact details.
While every precaution has been taken to ensure the security of our payment gateway, we cannot guarantee or represent that our services will not result in unauthorized data usage or data theft online.
Neither we nor our payment service provider assume any liability for any monetary or other damage that Students may suffer due to any delay, interruption, corruption, or failure of information transmission during payment.
