Vinita has a Bachelor in Economics, and two Master - one in Management from SP Jain Institute, Mumbai and the other in Social Policy from the London School of Economics.

Charul and Vinay are professionals by qualification and researchers and singer-songwriters by choice and passion. Charul is an Architect and a planning post-graduate from CEPT, Ahmedabad. Vinay is an Agricultural Engineer and a management post-graduate from IIM, Ahmedabad.
They are a unique tri-lingual team of two dreamers who create and sing songs of hope, songs of life, based on their field experiences. They create and sing as ‘Loknaad’ – People’s Voice. Simple lyrics, stirring compositions and minimalist music lend a unique earthy feel to their music.
Growing hate and violence inspired their first audio album 'Insaan Hain Hum’ with songs about peace and borders. Field experiences with communities and campaigns led to their second music album ‘Aazadi - We the People’ around the spirit of the Constitution.
Be it the legendary RTI song Janane ka Haq; Haathon ko Kaam about Right to Work; Aao Lakeerein Mita Dein about borders or Baarish Ki Boondein demanding dignity for the senior citizens from the informal sector, Loknaad songs are popular amongst social campaigns across the nation and beyond.

He is an alumnus of IIM-A and IIT-Delhi, and a mid-career fellow at Princeton University, USA.

Raghunandan has a B.Sc. in Zoology and a law degree from Delhi University.
