Vishaka has a background in public policy programmes and over 5 years of experience in the sector. Passionate about tackling sustainability and development challenges, she has worked with organisations such as Charities Aid Foundation India, Council on Energy Environment and Water, IIT Guwahati, and SaciWATERs. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Daulat Ram College, University of Delhi, and a Master’s degree in Climate Science and Policy from TERI School of Advanced Studies. Her interdisciplinary background has equipped her with skills such as conducting research, developing strategies and proposals, and facilitating multi-lateral and multi-stakeholder engagements. Outside of work, Vishaka unwinds by reading (her favorite genre being thriller/mystery), birdwatching, and swimming.
