Swetha's 18-year career spans private and social purpose organizations in early and growth stages. She has held multiple roles in learning design, product development, training, partnerships, HR, working across Indian and International contexts. In her previous stint, she was leading an Australian foundation working in SE Asia and India. She is currently on the board of two SPOs working in disability and inclusion and advises a startup attempting to mainstream law education. She is also a LEAP fellow, helping organizations build evidence of their impact and strengthen their narrative. She has a Masters in Learning Sciences from Northwestern University and a Masters in Mathematics from IIT, Madras, in addition to the CIDTT. When not working, she finds joy in singing (Carnatic classical, old movie songs), travel and chilling with crime/investigative dramas.
