Poonam is a development professional with experience spanning nearly four decades. As an educator and practitioner, she has worked with UNHCR, Springdales Schools, Delhi School of Social Work, National Institute of Design and TISS, Mumbai . She has also published articles in national and international journals on issues related to field practicum, student mentorship and community engagements. With a PhD in Social Work and a BA from Lady Sri Ram College, Delhi University she has been able to evolve personally and professionally. When not ' working' she enjoys travelling, listening to talks on spirituality and sufi singers besides learning from the younger generation
