Krutika has 6 years of professional experience in the areas of project & stakeholder management and program design. Being an engineer, she has good analytical skills but is a humanitarian at heart. After graduating from VJTI, Mumbai, Krutika spent over four years with Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd and also volunteered part time with an NGO. Following her passion to contribute professionally towards social change, Krutika switched to the development sector through ISDM's PGP program. After that she has worked with Lend A Hand India in Founder's office for over a year. Krutika is passionate about large scale sustainable social impact and loves to work in systems and with frameworks. She advocates for development that is participatory in nature. Krutika is an absolute foodie with a good sense of humor. She loves to trek, travel and do yoga.
