Disha is a dedicated Human Resource professional with an overall experience of 3 years in the social impact as well as business consulting space. Before transitioning to the field of Human Resources, she had the privilege of trying out other domains like Fundraising. In 2022, she started adding value to organizations as well as individuals by connecting them both. Her larger aim is to help in bridging the existing talent gap. Currently, she is a part of the People Management team at ISDM.
She has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Miranda House College, University of Delhi and a Postgraduate Degree (MBA) in Rural Management from XIMB.
Beyond work, apart from reading selective books and watching videos on current affairs, Disha loves listening to music and keeps humming to herself.
