Deepti has over 11 years of multidisciplinary experience. Deepti was part of the Project Finance team and Lead, IPO & restructuring of finance. before going on to practice litigation under Senior Advocate Geeta Luthra, in The Supreme Court of India.
After joining the social sector, Deepti worked at the Nudge Foundation, Bangalore where she handled operations, curriculum designing and capacity building of teams. She then joined Udhyam Learning Foundation where she worked with grassroot entrepreneurs. Deepti worked in the districts of Sonbhadra and Mirzapur in collaboration with the Uttar Pradesh Government to rehabilitate people through skilling, and was also, Senior Programs Manager at Swechha, a Delhi based NGO.
A people-centric, driven person, Deepti loves cooking, hosting dinners and watching movies.
