With over 7 years experience as a development professional, Christie has extensively worked in the field of gender. With a focus on women’s health rights, awareness on gender based violence, livelihood enhancement etc, Christie has worked with varied organisations where she has implemented and managed projects. One of the projects that still remains close to her heart is her work on creating gender neutral educational toy libraries for children.
She has a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Kamala Nehru College, University of Delhi, and a Master’s Degree in Social Work (Criminology and Justice) from Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Mumbai.
Along with work, she ensures that her personal life is thriving. She is a trained Bharatanatyam dancer and continues to engage in her passion.
