Ashwini is a social impact professional with plenty of field exposure, rigorous research experience, conceptual knowledge, and abundant curiosity to solve social problems for higher impact. She has conducted several research studies interviewing experts, large subset of people, beneficiaries, etc. in several sectors through her work in social impact consulting. These projects were with global & domestic foundations, impact investors, NGOs, HNIs, think tanks, etc. Her foundation in working with larger communities started when she anchored and implemented a multi-stakeholder led livelihood projects for Tata Trusts, and earlier she also established a social enterprise for rural women in Gujarat as part of a rural development fellowship with SBI Youth for India. This journey was also preceded by her love for science and technology which has also brought in rationality and functional skills to demonstrate in research and consulting.
