He retired as the Managing Director and Senior Partner of The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in India, where he held several leadership roles, including co-founding the BCG Henderson Institute, the firm's thought leadership center. Dr. Bhattacharya also led BCG India, steering the firm's operations in the country for approximately six years.
