Sharad is a Gold Medalist in Electronics Engineering from NIT, Nagpur and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
In his current role as Chief of Staff at Microland, Sharad provides oversight and guidance to meet the company’s mission and long-term goals and is also responsible for process re-engineering as a Process Champion.
